Hans was the Founding Director of West Coast Leasing & Finance Pty Ltd in 1982 until 2016 and considered a master of the industry. His journey in the finance industry began in 1972. He was a member for a number of years of the now defunct Finance Brokers Supervisory Board, a Senior Member for the industry of “The State Administrative Tribunal for W.A.” and was Vice President of the “Finance Brokers Association W.A.” for many years.

Hans specialised in all facets of business funding, for corporate entities and private individuals. There was virtually nothing in finance which was beyond his experience and knowledge. Hans mentored his daughter Natasha Beyer-Cusworth for 16 years and today she is the Managing Director of West Coast Leasing & Finance Pty Ltd upholding the same values Hans passed down.
